This pure and untreated food-grade diatomaceous earth is composed of approximately 94% silica, a trace mineral that is required by tendons, cartilage, blood vessels, and bones. It is also great for skin, hair and nails.

How to Use
Diatamaceous earth can be added to water, juices or smoothies, but should NEVER be used without adding to a liquid. Simply add one tablespoon once or twice a day to a liquid of your choice. When using diatomaceous earth, ensure to keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Do not breathe in.
