Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Citrus nobilis (Mandarin) peel oil, Lavandula intermedia (Lavendin) flower/leaf/stem oil, Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) oil, Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) flower oil, Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile) flower oil.
Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend: Lavandula intermedia flower/leaf/stem (Lavandin) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) leaf oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) flower oil.
Mandarin Essential Oil: Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) oil.
Marjoram Essential Oil: Thymus mastichina (Marjoram) oil.
Direction For Use:
Diffuser: Add 2 drops to your Petite Diffuser and enjoy anywhere, anytime.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil.
Bath: Add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and benefit from steam inhalation.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.
