Dose & Administration:
Children 1 – 17 years: 5ml (1 metric teaspoon) 2 times daily before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions:
If you are currently pregnant or considering trying to become pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements, including this one, without first consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended daily dose of vitamin A from all sources is 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men and 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents vitamin A may lead to birth defects.
This product contains sodium benzoate. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Vitamin supplements compliment a well-balanced diet and as such should not replace one.
