Melrose Organic Avocado Oil is a high quality unrefined and cold pressed oil, extracted from the flesh of certified organic avocados with a mild nutty taste and aroma. Carefully packed in amber bottles and nitrogen flushed to prevent oxidation and rancidity ensures the oil retains its nutritional value and helps maintains its fresh taste.
A highly nutritious oil, rich in monounsaturated fats, it is ideal to use in salad dressings, dips or drizzled over vegetables. Not suitable for heating, as this will damage the oil.
