This hearty meal has a mild Italian flavour of a traditional ragu or slow cooked stew but it is packed with healthy veggies and plant based meaty textures. Enjoy as a filling meal for one or stretch it out for two by adding some sides. You can even be really creative and make a MasterChef meal with this robust base or take a humble tin camping.
