Direction For Use:
Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes and strain. Drink any time of day. 3 cups daily maximum. Do not use more than the 1 teaspoon per cup. Children under 12 should have no more than ¼ of the adult dose.
