Our Australian grown and made RAW carob powder is dried with natural sunshine and does not reach over 40 degrees during its unique grinding process. A pure product that is sweet and rich in flavour, perfect for adding to milk and smoothies or indulging in RAW, sweet delights.
Our Carob powder is good for you because it is home grown and made using no sprays or pesticides. It is 100% natural (no added sugar), 99% fat free, caffeine and gluten free and remarkably high in fibre.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Ideal Storage conditions are between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius and out of direct sunlight. Please do not refrigerate.
