Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 366mcL dose (15 drops) in 250mL of water, 3 times daily, 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
It is recommended to increase your daily fluid intake (water or herbal tea) 1 to 2 litres per day.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding, for people with impaired heart and kidney function, for people with Biliary obstruction, for people taking prescription medication or for people with allergies to Solidago vigaurea, Peumus boldus, Ononis spinosa, Equisetum arvense and relates species.
